Mr. Crouch was an absolute blessing to us. From the second we walked through the doors, he made us feel right at home. His warmth, support, and touch of humor brought so much comfort during a dark time. When we ran into delays and complications with my mom’s insurance, he was incredibly patient, reassuring, and worked right alongside us to get everything sorted. He truly made a stressful, painful process so much easier. I am forever grateful for his kindness and support, and I cannot thank Mr. Crouch and the team enough for taking such wonderful care of our family.
