I had my roof replaced by MLM. They did a fine job and I am happy with the outcome. Benjamin De Boer was my sales rep throughout the process and could not have asked for a better experience. He was clear, kind and helpful throughout making sure everything went smoothly and that I was happy throughout the process.
Mike Twining from MLM Home Improvement helped me coordinate repairs to the rear gutters on my sister's house, and the entire experience was outstanding. Mike was professional, courteous, and genuinely empathetic throughout the process.
What impressed me most was his communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates, setting clear expectations, and ensuring there were no surprises during the project.
