I had my roof replaced by MLM. They did a fine job and I am happy with the outcome. Benjamin De Boer was my sales rep throughout the process and could not have asked for a better experience. He was clear, kind and helpful throughout making sure everything went smoothly and that I was happy throughout the process.
I’m very happy with the new roof and gutters installed by MLM Home Improvement. From the very start everyone that I dealt with was very helpful & a pleasure to work with. I was kept well informed on progress during the entire process. On the day of installation everything was explained to me throughout the day. The supervisor was very knowledgeable and updated me all day. The entire crew was very nice and extremely talented. All the areas around my house were protected with tarps. They installed the roof in one day which was amazing to me since they had to install so many sheets of plywood. When they were finished they did a fantastic job of cleanup. Great team and service provided. Michael McCray was amazing in the process, and providing all information up front to complete the roof and siding replacement of my home. If questions or concerns arose, he answered quickly and providing assurance in the quality of work. Additionally Mike Twining provided exceptional support and was a great liaison between myself and the install crew.
Overall, great team effort! My 50 year old home looks brand new!!
