“Within less than 72 hours of our water main breaking, Reed and Sons had our house back on potable water with a new main re-routed across the property and installed. They did everything they could to make this awful repair go by as quickly as possible. They even jury-rigged a temporary water supply off our neighbor's hose bib (with their permission of course) in order to get us limited water as the repairs were going down. They also cleaned up some piping and valves around my water heater, making it a more sturdy, professional installation. Good ain't cheap and cheap ain't good. Reed and Sons did right by us and we're lifelong customers from this point on.“

As a homeowner, I really appreciate that Atlantic Blue analyzed our well water quality and provided detailed info about hardness, sediment, pH, and bacteria. Ours was unexpectedly better than I would've thought. They changed out the quartz in our blue light and reset everything for a reasonable fee. “Good points: The plumber and his son, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They couldn’t complete the job on day 1, returned day 2 promptly to finish up.
Bad points: this wasn’t a planned event, well pump went bad and other associated problem. The total bill was over 800$ not including the pump itself. After calling the office to work out some arrangements. They would be willing to do 2 payments. I’m aware they are not a charity, unfortunately, I’m a disabled vet, live off of a VA check, I would think that dividing the bill up to 4 payments or more would have been great. I know its a small thing, however, would have made it much more palatable.“

“Real life scenario: my well broke during coldest part of month in winter 2024. I was without running water for weeks and we were so worried about getting scary news of needing to drill a $25,000 well in the middle of winter.

After a few more days without running water, I called top tier companies rated on Google for frederick Maryland. All of them were backlogged and hesitant about coming out to look at my well because roads were slippery from snow and ice.

2 companies agreed to come out. One came out to look into my well pit and said that I’d have to call back into the office to schedule a team to work on it. The other company (EASTER DAY WELL) came early the following morning and was able to wiggle jiggle the pump back into my well. The EasterDay crew consisted of 3 younger gentlemen that helped explain that the well pump was most likely blocked as it was going down the well shaft and just needed to be wiggle jiggled past the blockage.

To my amazement they were right! In blistering cold weather, the 3 man crew wrestled the nearly frozen well pipe past the obstruction.

I was so relieved to find that it wasn’t going to be bad news like “yeah it just looks like we need to schedule a few weeks / months out for our team to drill another well for you in your front yard for $35,000 and we offer financing”.

The fee for them to come out to inspect and fix the well was very reasonable and they were extremely time efficient. They wrote up a bill and seemed like they were lined up for full day of jobs for the remainder of the day.

“O'Connor Plumbing was contacted due to an issue with my house plumbing that a smaller company couldn't resolve. It turned out there was / is a tree root that has broken a pipe under the house and has started growing inside the plumbing pipe.

Ken and Asher were the best. They were so professional, courteous, couthy, they explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up the mess when they were done. I am so grateful for workers like this. They've cleared a portion of the the problem with the machines and tools they had readily available. We will be scheduling for them to return to finish removing the tree root. Thanks, Ken and Asher.

Ken, Sheldon, and Cameron returned today 10-2-2025 to complete the work they had started before the weekend. They've cleared the tree root from the pipe and repaired it. Again this crew was extremely professional, kind, and hard working. Please pay these men their worth in gold.
