The battery they installed died the next day. After figuring out the problem, it turns out the battery they installed was 3 years old and had a bad cell. The battery casing even indicated it had been installed in another vehicle previously.The company refused to replace the battery, and refused to allow me to return it for a refund. The warranty they kept mentioning is only a manufacturer's warranty, which is worthless on a used battery.Check the manufacture date on any battery before you let these guys install it in your car, or you might get ripped off. He was able to get to my car very quickly, and service was great. Super convenient! I was going to need to have my car towed otherwise (battery was super dead and corroded); their price was better than NTB and that's not even including the tow I would've had to pay for!!!
