When I called for updates, they started screening my calls: they wouldn't pick up for me, but would pick up when I called from a different number. I waited nearly 2 hours for someone to show up. When he did, he didn't bring the tools necessary for a tire change! What a joke.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for Joaquin’s professionalism and integrity during a very difficult night. My vehicle was disabled, I was out of options, and the situation was stressful in every direction. Joaquin handled everything with calm precision, patience, and genuine care.
He went above and beyond standard service.
He worked around a parking garage height issue without frustration, communicated clearly, and ensured both my car and my safety were prioritized. When I had no remaining funds, he still made sure I got home safely. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare.
Joaquin represents the very best of this industry — composed, respectful,… read full review
Great, efficient and friendly services from the dispatch to the driver, Jordy. He was friendly and quick with responding to my questions and taking myself and car to my mechanic after my car died.
