I cannot say how thankful my family is with the care, compassion, understanding, and patience that was shown to us when my dad passed away. He passed early in the morning and they personally came to the house around 4am because that’s when we needed them. Ashley was amazing and took so much stress off of us during an overwhelming time. They answered any questions we had quickly and never wavered the entire process through. We are so grateful, not only was our loved one treated with respect and dignity, but our entire family was as well.
The Stauffer team did a wonderful job of helping us to plan and lay my father to rest. During a difficult time, when things can feel like a whirlwind, the staff ensured that our wishes were carried out, and every detail was taken care of.
Today we laid our Grammy to rest and I am pleased to say that this establishment was for one a beautiful venue, the decor, the professionalism, everything. Everyone seemed very pleased with all the services.
