While I was waiting for my appointment I received a phone call and I needed to be back in Urbana within the hour. I explained the phone call to the receptionist and they had me in a chair and out of there within 30 minutes. Plus the receptionist provided me with a little dunkin gift card for my son ( he was the reason why I needed to get back to Urbana. ) Thank you PSJ

We have had nothing but perfect experiences here. Both for me and for my daughter. The theme of the office is super cute and fun and welcoming. Everything is always clean and pristine. It's never crowded. Everyone on staff is exceptionally nice. All the orthodontists are friendly and knowledgeable, and explain everything to you. They let you decide, they're never pushy. Free consultations and super reasonable prices after that. Thank you!
