One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Mount Airy has been a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them. They are consistently punctual, communicate clearly about arrival times, and always stay until the job is completely done. Their technicians provide excellent service, are professional and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and respectful in my home, which makes it easy to feel comfortable having them work here. Tyrelle was so courteous, wore booties in the house at all times to help keep the mud and snow down, communicated with me about each step of his process and was so kind. He is a technician who make dealing with these situations well worth it.
Although I did not replace my unit through One Hour Air I can say Larson and Allen were very professional and great to work with. I would consider working with them in the future though.
