Real life scenario: my well broke during coldest part of month in winter 2024. I was without running water for weeks and we were so worried about getting scary news of needing to drill a $25,000 well in the middle of winter.
After a few more days without running water, I called top tier companies rated on Google for frederick Maryland. All of them were backlogged and hesitant about coming out to look at my well because roads were slippery from snow and ice.

Our water shut off on Saturday for no apparent reason. We have a well. We called Easterday and got the answering service. Within 10 minutes Jerry from Easterday called us back, told me he would be out the next day (Sunday). He arrived, diagnosed the problem, opened the well and 2 hours later we had our water back. Easterday was available on the weekend, worked on Sunday and got us up and running in short order. We're staying with Easterday!
It was such a wonderful experience, Les, and his assistant where very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, found the issue within 5 minutes upon arrival, and, replaced the well pump within a three hour window, and on a weekend, excellent work, thank you, I am forever great full
