In this day and age of poor and slow service, it's truly a pleasure to find a company that is responsive and provides round the clock excellent service! They are quick to respond, exceptionally courteous and know what they are doing. This is especially rare in the type of business when you are in an emergency situation. Yesterday the alternator on my car blew. the first place it was towed to was not able to do the repairs. Insurance arranged for it to be towed to another service location. That’s when Bob called me. He called the first location to find out if I owed them money (I didn’t), he then recommended a place that would better serve me and called them to be sure they could do the work. They can. Now he just called to tell me he had dropped my car off safe and sound. Bob went way above and beyond! I’m so impressed and grateful! I will recommend Grace Towing, again and again. Thank you Bob!!
