I booked the free virtual consultation which was very easy and fast. April answered a lot of questions during the consultation and after our meeting, I set up my appointment. On the day of my ombre brow appointment, April was super professional, welcoming, and reassuring. This is my first semi-permanent makeup and essentially my first tattoo. But I trusted the process and I love my new look. April is super gentle and walked me through the process. She is a perfectionist and very careful which is essential for these procedures. “Stephanie I was the woman who Kim was just going to wrap my nail so it could sit while she was finishing you. I just had to respond because it was so innocent and obviously Kim was a good business woman and tried to multitask. Once you surprisingly said something she didn’t wrap my nail. And yes it only took 2 minutes when Kim actually did it. If something this small upsets you, I’m sad for you. There must be something else going on in your life and I’m sorry and hope you find happiness. Kim quickly did not wrap my nail and continued to accommodate you. She does a wonderful job and she should never get a bad review for just trying to accommodate us both. Your finished nails looked beautiful.
