Had a really great experience with Building and Mechanical Services. Gene was awesome to work with from the start. Super easy to talk to, upfront, and gave me a very fair price right away which I really appreciated compared to some of the other HVAC companies out there.
They got everything scheduled quickly and knocked out the install without any issues. The work was clean, professional, and you can tell they use good quality equipment.
Overall just a really smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. I’d use them again without hesitation.
I had water backup in my basement. Building and Mechanical services was able to get to the house within a couple hours to diagnose the issue unfortunately My sewage ejector pump went up but they were here the following day to remove and replace pump.
The communication with the office was good very quick to respond and were able to get me on the schedule knowing I needed it done asap
