Customers had a really great experience with the company, noting the work was clean, professional, and used good quality equipment. The communication with the office was good and very quick to respond. The prices were very fair, and the service was professional, efficient, and prompt. The company replaced toilets, repaired sprinkler systems, and installed new equipment. Customers would definitely recommend the company for plumbing, HVAC, or sprinkler repairs and would use them again without hesitation. The overall experience from beginning to end was top-tier.
I needed someone to complete the plumbing installation for my new vanity. I started the work myself but realized it was beyond my skill level, so I decided to hire professionals. Building and Mechanical Services took on the job, and after seeing their work and professionalism, I’d definitely hire them again. If you’re on the fence about this company, don’t be — I plan to use them again for my next project.

Had a really great experience with Building and Mechanical Services. Gene was awesome to work with from the start. Super easy to talk to, upfront, and gave me a very fair price right away which I really appreciated compared to some of the other HVAC companies out there.
They got everything scheduled quickly and knocked out the install without any issues. The work was clean, professional, and you can tell they use good quality equipment.
Overall just a really smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. I’d use them again without hesitation.
I had water backup in my basement. Building and Mechanical services was able to get to the house within a couple hours to diagnose the issue unfortunately My sewage ejector pump went up but they were here the following day to remove and replace pump.
The communication with the office was good very quick to respond and were able to get me on the schedule knowing I needed it done asap
