I hires Precision Comfort to Install a heat pump and duct work in my basement I have a older house and I wanted to up date my system the tech that came out Tony he was very polite and knowledgeable about what type of system I would need to keep my basements comfortable. He told me that the suspects I was paying for would be installed and running in two days and it sure was he kept me updated on the progress of the work I would recommend this company to anyone I know. I was surprised with Precision Comfort cause I never heard of them i found out about the company On Facebook so I decided to give them a try and it worked out for the best keep up the good work

I’m writing this review because I was blown away by the service I received from Precision comfort. My ex girlfriend recommended the company so I was skeptical at first. I thought she might want to set me up but this wasn’t the case. There were no reviews on here also so I texted the ex and she said the company was new but the owner has been in the field for 25+ years. I decided to give Precision comfort a shot and it was a great choice. Tony was very knowledgeable and kind. I trust him and he had my back like family. I heard about this company through a close friend. I was skeptical at first because I couldn't find any reviews on here. I spoke to my friend who recommended Precision Comfort. She told me the company was fairly new but the owner has been in the trade for over 25 years. She told me how knowledgeable and professional he was. I decided to give him a call. I'm not going to lie I was really impressed by Tony. Not only did he fix my a/c issues, he thoroughly explained everything to me so I could understand.
