I was able to get a new smart thermostat and free tune up on my HVAC from my electric company. Tanya reached out to me to schedule a date and time. Jesse was my technician and arrived within 30 minutes of him calling. He was very professional and installed my thermostat and tune up in no time. When he left my heat was not coming on and the thermostat was cutting on and off. I called the office and sent an email along with a video.
