I can't recommend Modern Aire enough! I came home from work early one day to find my basement full of smoke and a bad burning smell. I called 911 and the fire department concluded it was my furnace. I had called Boothes first and they had a tech come out within the hour. They told me there was a bunch of stuff wrong with my furnace and quoted me an extortionate price. I had also contacted Modern Aire and they were also able to come out while Boothes were also there. Jesse took a look at my furnace and said he couldn't actually see that there was anything wrong with it. Turns out Jesse was correct. My sump pump was actually the cause of the burning and the smoke. Jesse and Caleb are the absolute best I super appreciate them both they are so efficient and kind and got the work done the day I called in. Thank you so much heat is working again!!!!
