I found May's Plumbing through the Better Business Bureau (and noted their A+ rating) and they definitely delivered! Despite what we thought was appropriate winterizing, Snowcrete proved to be a worthy adversary and busted our frost-proof hose bib. Several other companies quoted us $700-900+ for the repair (which did include needing to cut away a stupid portion of an unnecessary wall in the unfinished area of our basement) but in total took less than 2 hours and cost less than $250. Had a blocked kitchen sink drain. Started the process myself and realized that my homeowner snake wasn't going to do the job. May's was able to come out the same day, though I didn't expect them to because I was calling on a Monday after I'm sure a weekend full calls. Fast, fair and completely fixed. Couldn't ask for more.
