The absolute best service I have ever received for a home repair. The owner took my call at 10pm on a weeknight. I was expecting to leave a message. I was not expecting to speak with a human. Not only did I get a real person, he took down all my concerns and got someone to my house the next morning and the problem was solved same day. The technician did not mind me asking questions and observing so that I might be able to fix things myself however, because of the service I received, this company has gained a lifelong customer. My Well Was Going Bad Needed A New Pressure Tank, Travis and Is Crew Showed Up The Next Day ready To Solve my Issue installed New Tank And A Bigger Issue Needed To Be Fixed Grove and Son Jumped Right on it and worked to Fix the issue witch was in my Well And They Had To Pull My 55 year old Well and never missed a Beat My Well and Water Was Fixed and Back On asap I Highly Recommend Grove and Son foe Any And All Your Well or Plumbing Issues Thank You Mr Grove
Don't waste your time calling anyone else like I did. Grove & Son saved me from using another company that would have charged me more and probably done poor quality work. Travis and his guys came out, gave an honest assessment, and fair prices, followed by quality and fast work. I wont use any other company in the future.
