Overall we had a great experience with H&K. Dave did the initial estimates and quickly fixed some things on the 1st visit. He took the time to explain what they could do, the costs, and what would likely be covered by our warranty. Patt and Kenny re-piped our kitchen sink to add an access point and trap, installed a new garbage disposal, and set up a new pop up assembly that fixed a leak in the bathroom. They also took the time to explain all the changes made and why they were necessary. We felt that H&K did high quality work, and were professional and considerate. We would recommend.
Patt worked hard to resolve my issue with my master bath toilet. Because of his expertise and diligence, I was able to have new toilet installed to be paid through my contract with American Homeshield. He and his assistant, Kenny were really great and took the time to explain things to me. They were very respectful and pleasant! I will be contacting AHS to have them listed as my primary plumbing co. Thank you! You all put customer service ahead of everything.
