The doctor was great fast and treated what I needed. There was a mistake they sent my prescription to the wrong place. I then called them multiple times over 30 mins no answers no call back. I had to walk back to them to get them to send it to the correct place. And even still once I walked back to the pharmacy they still had not sent it. I am someone who takes the public bus and due to them not answering the 7 phone calls and two voicemails I missed my bus home. The pharmacy even said they can never get them to answer the phone. They need to fix this problem.
This was amazing service! I was in and out! The doctor was amazing and took the time to listen to me and was able to give me medicine in order to help treat my bronchitis! I will definitely be back when I’m sick next.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made a very stressful situation- easier to endure. Dominique , the wonderful woman at the front desk and Dr. Nokuri are an efficient, professional and kind cohesive unit. Thank you for helping me. If I could, I would chose them for my veteran's care.
