I prefer this urgent care out of any in the area. I make a appointment the night before I need to go and when I arrive they usually get me in and out of there in a fair amount of time. I would say they are well organized. I actually prefer to go here over my primary doctor since I can never get a appointment the next day with my primary doctor. Then when I make an appointment with my primary they usually have me sitting around for 45 minutes to a hour it really is ridiculous how some doctor offices are ran. Why make a appointment if they can't stick to it or at least close to it. Thank you Urgent care of Solomons for your care and service to your customers. God bless

Everyone was so polite and concerned for me being sick. I was a walk-in because all of the on-line appointments were taken for the day, and I was seen in under half an hour even though online it said my wait would be up to an hour and a half. This is the urgent care I always visit. The one in Solomons.

Of the myriad of Urgent Care facilities I’ve visited with 3 kids over the past 20+ yrs, Patriot is by far the absolute best!! I’ve used them twice in the past few months using their online appt scheduling & have always only waited maybe 5-10min to be seen…and the staff, nurses & doctors have been so warm, friendly & helpful!! Every single other place I’ve visited has been a nightmare with wait times & many have unfriendly & apathetic staff, especially the front desk folks! So, if you’re looking for an Urgent Care in SOMD, do yourself a favor & make an appt at Patriot & know you’re not entering an unknown endless wait with apathetic care…you are gettin’...read full review
