“I came in and was greeted immediately as well as serviced, granted it wasn’t too busy but still helped to create that friendly atmosphere. Was having trouble visualizing how short my hair would be post-cut (I asked for some inches off and then wanted layers), but Brook helped me to the best of her abilities and I am not disappointed one bit. It was a smooth process all around (despite my lack of preparedness to get my hair cut since it’s been 2 years haha) and the manager is a really chill woman. Certifications are on the employees’ stations as well so you know this ain’t a joke! Definitely coming here again.“
