I had Emily as my nail tech today and she does the most amazing and beautiful designs, she has a very steady hand and amazing patience as well!! I have had a custom design from her in the past before and it came out so beautifully. I highly recommend coming here if you want beautiful designs!!

“I booked a 60 minute pregnancy massage with Sydney and had a wonderful experience! I am 35 weeks along and accommodations were in place to allow me to comfortably lay on my stomach and back. Sydney did a brief consultation with me to make sure she addressed the parts of my body that needed the most attention and was very attentive. The spa space was very relaxing - it was probably the best massage I’ve ever received! I will likely return again before my due date!“

“I've been going to the Loft for hydrafacials for a while now. I've seen Natalie and Kylie. They both gave me recommendations that significantly improved the acne on my face and noticeably improved my skin barrier health! I'm so happy I started going to the Loft and can't recommend them highly enough.

Also, everyone is sooo friendly. They are also friendly and helpful about me being vegan. I love the receptionist. I always have a relaxing time. They have all been so friendly in accommodating me with physical needs too.“

“My nail technician (Emma) is absolutely wonderful and does a fantastic job with my nails. However, I think the salon really needs to hire a designated receptionist (if there is already one, they are never there during my appt times).

My appointments tend to be interrupted by my technician having to run to the front desk to answer phones and check people in. It is completely out of her control, but it makes the appointment take much longer and disrupts the experience. I would venture to guess this is why she was running so behind today when I came.

Five stars for the talent, but it harms customers and the technicians to not have a receptionist coverage for the whole time they are open.“

“My experience was good. I had a good conversation. She was very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like was the website said 300 for a sew in closure. Plus $75 for add-ons. I paid a deposit of $25 before I came. I provided my own hair but it came up to 425. She did a good job. I just feel like if the website said 300 it should have been that when I got in the store not 350+ i’m not upset about the 75 because she did have to do extra with my lace front but it should have been 350 not 425 because I gave you a $25 deposit and online it says sewing closure is 300 she didn’t charge me for the flat on, which was nice that would’ve been 40 extra dollars but it still wouldn’t came to 425 I just feel if you read something on somebody website and you confirm a booking and it says the amount that is charged you should stick to that agreement because that’s what your website say but besides that she was a awesome person. The shop was clean. Very nice. Also, she did explain to me
Once we was done with my hair the website did says that, but the person that’s working on her website supposed to be fixing it and I understood that it’s just when you see something on the website and then you bring The exact money that you was supposed to spend and you have to add extra that was just a little surprising that I didn’t expect.“
