I just wanted comment on the wonderful customer service I received today at the California and Hollywood locations. I needed a few pieces of flooring to match what I had purchased from Griffin a few years back. I called and spoke with Tyler and he suggested I check at the Hollywood warehouse the gentlemen there were both very helpful and managed to find a damaged box with enough for what I needed free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find that kind of service. Thank you!

We had new carpet installed just last week and the quality of the carpet is wonderful! It's so plush, thick and looks amazing! Its like walking on a cloud, its so soft. Gwen was our point of contact, and Gwen was very polite, professional and kind to work with. She is also very knowledgeable which made it very easy for us to understand and select what we thought would be best for our house. We worked with Gary to update a bathroom and found the process to be very easy. He came out to our home to measure, discuss our ideas, and offer suggestions and services. His pricing was fair and the tile, floor, and plumbing craftsmen were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Gary and Griffin Flooring.
