I had a really good experience at the Ulta beauty store in Laurel, Maryland. The employees there were very helpful especially the employee named TAMARA . She was very knowledgeable with all the products. She was also very friendly and helpful. I went back a couple times in 1 week because all the products she suggested were great. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to shop there. Thank you ULTA , keep up the good work.
I got help this Sunday from the nicest young lady, I believe her name was Gracie. She helped me find a few items I needed and also introduced me to some new ones. A blush I wanted was discontinued so she helped me find one that was similar to it.
I am a frequent shopper at this location. I have been going for about 3 years and today I had to leave a review. This store pisses me off because you can NEVER get assistance especially in the makeup section. This is an ongoing issue I have. I go in and it’s like they are scared to ask if I need help because they don’t want to be bothered. So annoying. It never fails. I get my steps in at that store because I’m going back and forth looking for products. I’m so sick of staff. This is my only issue - FIX IT
