Especially my interactions with Susie, Susie has been very positive, polite and genuinely understanding with compassion which some lack these days. She was knowledgeable also understanding of her roles with willing to find answers that she hadn’t the answers. I highly recommend promoting of her skills and professionalism Thank you Susie and T&A.
