I rented a concrete grinder. Had to buy the accessories and all -- but unfortunately it didn't work out as we expected given we were having issues with dust containment. Regardless -- Gene was insanely helpful and refunded everything (even the one time used grinder plates) and let us try an alternate grinder to at least see if would be possible to use risk-free. He was so helpful -- will definitely be coming back for future rental needs. Wish it worked out, but next time I'm sure it will. Thanks again Gene!

Our business has been dealing with Sunbelt a long time.. But not this particular one.. I'm pleased with this location. From the beginning and ending of our rental.. I will refer this business to others..

I had been struggling to find a stand on aerator to rent. I called 7 other sunbelts in VA and they just told me they were booked up till the end of Oct. No extra help. So I reached out to this store and the customer service Jhoan provided me was exceptional. He was the only one to actually help me find what I needed and also found it for me in VA. So if you're in MD looking to rent some equipment. I'd definitely reach out to this store!
