I called her out the blue when the person whom normally does my hair had to cancel , explained to her I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she was ok with this. I told her as I tell everyone whom touches my hair that I am the most tender headed person in the world. She listened and retwisted my hair in the most painless manner that I didn’t no was possible, still did a great job, also included a wash retwist , dry, and style . I have been taking my daughters to Nela's for over a year now and we love her. She is such a kind and thoughtful person and she is great with children. She is gentle and patient with my girls when they get antsy and fussy. I show her a picture of the style we are looking for and we walk out with exactly what we wanted. Her prices are very reasonable. She has a customer for life!
