She is very kind , and knowledgeable. I called her out the blue when the person whom normally does my hair had to cancel , explained to her I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she was ok with this. I told her as I tell everyone whom touches my hair that I am the most tender headed person in the world. She listened and retwisted my hair in the most painless manner that I didn’t no was possible, still did a great job, also included a wash retwist , dry, and style . I have been growing my dreds sense mid 2013 and have never like the way my hair looked as much as I do after Nela
