Today, Sunday, 5 June 2022, was my first experience here. Everything about my experience was excellent, I was soo excited for not having to take a day away from work just to have my hair braided. Thank you for serving our community as a Black business owner. As I sat in my chair and witnessed a customer who felt it was ok to walk out without paying it just wasn't right. You came into this shop and utilized their business to your advantage and even if you didn't get all that you wanted , nothing is free. Although my hair did not come out like the picture I showed (photo #2), I was not upset by the outcome since this was my first time and I just needed some boho braids with human hair bundles. I know it easy for stylists to say we should’ve told them whatever before we get out the chair, but if they’re shown a picture and they say “I can do that” then I think it’s reasonable to expect it to look closer to the picture. I do plan to go back but I will definitely be overly particular next time.

I went here for super full bora bora braids and they did not disappoint , they were so nice and listened to me and understood what I wanted , I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else to get my hair braided , they were so fast , thank you guys sooo much
