First it was my first time ever having oral surgery. I would highly recommend Laurel Bowie Rd office. Everything was perfection from entrance to exit. The clean office, wonderful staff and of course the presentation, explaining everything, the talent and skill of Dr. Kim.
The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was wonderful. From the moment I walked in until I was escorted back to my car, I felt comfortable and well cared for.
The procedure was quick, efficient, and handled with great professionalism. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make me feel at ease throughout the process.
A special shout-out to Kiera for helping me feel calm and collected during my first wisdom teeth extraction. Her support made a significant difference in my experience.
