The staff is described as exceptionally kind, welcoming, wonderful, professional, gentle, empathetic, caring, warm, and genuinely caring. The doctors, including Dr. Kim, are noted for their talent, skill, friendliness, knowledge, and efficiency. Patients felt comfortable, well cared for, and at ease from entrance to exit. The procedures are described as quick, efficient, and handled with great professionalism, leading to a significantly more predictable surgical outcome. The office is clean and no frills, but fast and efficient. The team makes patients feel comfortable, heard, and well taken care of every step of the way. This practice is highly recommended for anyone in need of oral surgery care.
this is the best run Drs office , in Laurel, MD and Dr.Kim is an excellent oral surgeon. I didn't have much pain at all. His assistant Steffany did a great job, she was gentle and worked well with Dr Kim. I can't praise them enough.
Not a good experience.I carried my disabled daughter there with impacted wisdom teeth in July I was told 4 months to get in hospital. Because my daughter was not doing well at times I called to get her on emergency list.I called numerous times.Primary Dentist called also.Left message for Trya never did get call back about that.Primary doctor called to advocate for my daughter they didn't get call back they called twice second time they called they were hung up on.I started calling to try to find out when surgery would be finally in October I called numerous times told they were trying to get someone to switch appointments with my daughter for Oct 25 never happen then was told it would definitely be done in October didn't happen after being told numerous times of surgery times told to me and primary dentist I spoke with office manager she didn't like what I had to say so she told Dr Brian Robinson he called me that day.I told him about treatment from his office and he let me know that if I ever disrespected his office staff he would not help my daughter and told me we could go somewhere else he would not give me a definite time frame My daughter finally got surgery on Nov 13th when I went in hospital I was told he could have made her a priority.In November we were working on 5 months my daughter had suffered been on numerous antibiotics He did surgery only because my daughter could not wait but I will never forget our experience with this office. And to the owner I would love to walk you thru our experience.Never would I deal with these people again.Primary Doctor put in daughters physical how we had got run around from office while my daughter suffered.Rockville Office
