I do have to say the front desk is usually rude (except the older white lady I’m not sure of her name that’s why I refer to her as the older white lady) people usually stand there and they don’t get acknowledged. Trust me I am in the medical field too. I’ve worked both the front desk and phones. I’ve also worked up patients, so I know this type of treatment should be unacceptable. Whatever right? My main problem with them is the fact that they are never available on the phone. I had a tele-health appt today because I tested positive for Covid. My regular doctor was not available. Dr Papsula is the worst doctor. She rushed the appointment. I see this is how she operates from other reviews. She was very racist in her questions regarding my health. They forgot to perform my annual EKG and refused to give my a pap smear as promised when the appointment was made. When I bright these concerns to the office manager I was told they would no longer welcome me to the practice. The most unprofessional practice I've ever encountered After reading the other reviews I see that this most likely was a blessing

I’m not sure if any other office is better but this one is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Dr. Paspula and her team are BEYOND horrible. She does nothing during visits. All she talks about is billing. I came in after BP being high, in pain and migraines and told she would follow up in 3 months. Yet here I am back wasting money at the hospital because more is done there then it is at her office.
