Patients leave the office feeling confident and satisfied with the care they received.
The doctor was very friendly, professional and explained every step of the eye exam process. Her warm demeanor made my daughter feel very comfortable immediately. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and were wonderful to work with. They were swamped with customers and remained great attitudes through the whole process. Though there was a wait, we were acknowledged and given an approximate wait time. Everything was explained well, and our over all experience was great.
Very clean very professional and very clear about their service and prices I highly recommend and I’m from NJ this is Maryland very nice people. Good dentist, she also explained to me the kind of toothbrush I needed to use I like that
Primarily a suggestion to walk in on 12/31 before 1:00 PM. Arrived at 11:00 AM met with a technician I believed provided a wonderful cursory prep experience proceeded to Dr. Luckie she addressed my vision concerns and requests. Properly fitted me with contact lenses and eyeglass prescription and I was on my around 12:15 PM. Resulting in a great experience
