Dr. Grundy and staff are wonderful. Everyone was polite,friendly and caring, yet professional. Exam & waiting rooms are comfortable and clean. Have had 2 appts and was actually seen on time! They care enough to make follow up calls. I was happy to learn that they have parking behind their bldg. (Main St. can be difficult to find parking)
I am a healthcare provider of over 30 years and have worked in acute/critical care settings as well as outpatient offices. That experience has afforded me a perspective of empathy, sensitivity and most of all kindness when dealing with patients. Dr Gundy and the office staff are great. I would give a rating of five, however the office manager is lacks empathy, sensitivity, and most of all a spirit of kindness. To her it's clearly just business, money and people don't matter. She is condescending, rude, and thoughtless.
