I had such a great experience at this braiding salon! The staff was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My braider was gentle, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail—my parts are clean and the braids are neat and not too tight.
I also really appreciated how they respected my time and finished within a reasonable timeframe. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, which made the whole experience even better.

Where do I even begin!! Fatu is the BEST braider I’ve ever been to! I’ve been getting braids since I was a child, but never have I gotten so many compliments on every hairstyle she does on me! She never missed! And she is so professional and such a kind human as well! I would 10000% recommend booking with her!

bad customer service . attitude is horrible . i stated that i didn’t like my hair and they would not take it out , redo it or give me any money off. person doing my hair literally argued with me because i told her how i wanted my hair. VERY RUDE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND! will not be going back. i also asked for small knotless braids and got small/medium.

Perfection! Fatu was extremely proffesional and fast! And my head is not super tight! She literally did exactly what I asked of her! I notice about halfway through she had the picture up and was making sure my hairstyle looked spot on and it was! She did an amazing job! I will definitely be back. I have no idea if 170 is expensive for my hairstyle but I ended up spending 200 she deserved that tip! I will definitely be back. Also she said we would be done by 1:30 she started at 10:07 ( I was a tad tardy) at 1:30 she was finishing the last braid. She did the extras after, dipping and clipping and my braid are on point !!!I am ready for Mexico! Mahalo Fatu! You have a customer for always , well as long as I am in Maryland.
