The facilities are very clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly, especially a young woman named Selene. However, I think it would be beneficial to improve staff availability to operate the machines; I had to go looking for someone to start my washing machine. I would also like to apologize to Selene for my previous behavior; despite my actions, she maintained a professional and courteous attitude, explaining that she was assisting other customers.

Not as updated as some, but very clean and responsive to customer needs. I asked for them to clean my machines before use and they graciously obliged. I was impressed that the manager on duty helped a customer bringing her laundry into the building.

PROs: very large, great for your schedule since they are always open, friendly staff, fairly clean, has a gazillion washers.CONs: More washers than dryers and half those dryers don't work. The working dryers don't get very hot requiring far too many quarters for clothes to get completely dry.
