The laundromat is clean, and the staff is responsive to customer requests. However, some customers have reported issues with the dryers, suggesting the need for maintenance or upgrades. Overall, King Laundromat provides a satisfactory laundry experience for those in the area, with the added benefit of being located near other useful stores.
The facilities are very clean and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly, especially a young woman named Selene.
However, I think it would be beneficial to improve staff availability to operate the machines; I had to go looking for someone to start my washing machine. I would also like to apologize to Selene for my previous behavior; despite my actions, she maintained a professional and courteous attitude, explaining that she was assisting other customers.
Not as updated as some, but very clean and responsive to customer needs. I asked for them to clean my machines before use and they graciously obliged. I was impressed that the manager on duty helped a customer bringing her laundry into the building.
PROs: very large, great for your schedule since they are always open, friendly staff, fairly clean, has a gazillion washers.CONs: More washers than dryers and half those dryers don't work. The working dryers don't get very hot requiring far too many quarters for clothes to get completely dry.
