I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Centre Cleaners in Woodmore.
I brought in a dress that fit well overall but just needed a little more room in the hip area. The original dress looked great, it just needed a minor adjustment for comfort. I paid over $70 expecting a simple alteration.
What I got back was completely different. The ruching is now uneven, the zipper is crooked, and the entire structure of the dress looks off. It no longer lays the way it originally did, and it honestly looks like the dress was taken apart and put back together incorrectly.

I put two new suits in to hem skirts and sleeves $190. I sent my granddaughter a day after they were due to be ready. Upon arriving, she had to wait.I was wearing one the night they were picked up. The hems were pulled tight and wrinkled. I called the next day, was told to bring them back to see what could be done. When I arrived, I spoke to the Seamtress and requested the suits be pressed so the hems would look better, She proceeded to tell me, it would be a charge of $13 each. I said you don't press clothes after alterations, her response was no when you get alterations only and that they send clothes out to another location to be pressed.
