I have used them about 4 times now to have shirts laundered and I have not had one issue. My shirts were available when they said and they did a good job. The people that work there were cordial and gave me good customer service. I was a little concerned about going here based on the reviews. But almost all of the other cleaners near me don't have great reviews either. So my experience has been that they deliver great service.

I have use this cleaners 2 times and the younger lady there is pleasant but the older lady was very rude to me. When I brought my clothes in I was explaining to her what I wanted to have done she begin holding the top of her head as if I was making her get a headache. I asked if she was ok and then She walked away from me as I spoke and went to the back of the store. When it was time for me to go to the dressing room to put the clothes on that I needed altered when i walked out she continued to sweep the floor while I stood waiting for her to begin helping me. When confronted about a pair of elastic ankle pants that were ruined the elderly lady got upset with me and did not dry clean a suit that was already supposed to be out for service went to pick up and it was in stuff in a bag a linen suit
