From the moment my family and I walk through the doors at 7474 Landover Rd, the staff was friendly, polite, professional and caring. They walk us through everything and made sure we understood what each step we took was done without any misunderstandings. I highly recommend them, my family and I will forever be grateful because at a time that’s difficult, they made that part of our journey so much easier and I am truly thankful.

My immediate family (Grandy, Williams and Goode) and OES family have used JB my whole life. So when my mother passed Saturday they were the first facility to pop in my head. So I googled the number gave it to my dad to call. He called and was scolded later by a woman saying he basically bothered the owner at home and he shouldn’t do that again. I don’t know if we made the right choice, customer service is already lacking especially considering the traumatic loss we just experienced 😢 I’ll make another review after our first appointment but I’m now very nervous about this. I just wish people in general were more nice and empathetic 😒

I can't say anything bad about the staff and the funeral home. We laid my mom to rest yesterday and this funeral home took great care of my mom everything was so perfect on her. As heartbreaking as it was to see her laying in that casket she looked so beautiful and at peace like she was just resting. Her makeup was so natural looking it was just right, nails were painted nicely to match her outfit we sent and I did her hair myself because mom liked a certain look. The service at her church was very nice the hearse and both limo drivers were super compassionate and very nice to our family in this time of grief.
