The crews were polite, efficient, and always on time. The company was very professional and on time. The clean up was amazing. Everything was explained before and after the contract signing, and the company was in contact explaining every phase of the project. The service was excellent and the project was high quality. The installers are well trained and were quick and safe. Communication and work performed were excellent. Insurance for the new roof was handled flawlessly. The company showed up on time, did the work fast, and cleaned up after the work was done. The results are extremely pleasing, and the company comes highly recommended.

We had the type of experience with Platinum Home Design that everyone deserves to have when going through the journey of a new roof. Excellent communication and work performed. Specifically worked with Ben who was always a text away should we had any questions. We went through our insurance for our new roof and they handled that flawlessly. Thanks again!
