While Roto-Rooter scheduled this non-emergency appt for the next day and the technician who did the work on that day was pleasant and seemed to do a very good job, the job itself was replacing three toilet seats and was extremely expensive.

What amazing customer service! Very professional and knowledgeable and ended up having no issues with my water heater. Thank you Howard for your honesty and service! When it does crash I will be calling Roto-Rooter for sure.

Excellent service from Roto-Rooter. We had a basement flooding issue and Zauva came out late at night to help us. He was professional, calm, and quickly got to work. He resolved the issue efficiently and made sure everything was under control before leaving. Really appreciate the fast response.
