Excellent, new to this kind of experience the staff was friendly made me feel comfortable.The place is so clean and nice ? they have wonderful braider and stylist Faith did a great job, highly recommended and will definitely visit again!!!!!

They were all very welcoming to me! Eva was my stylist, and she did an incredible job on my knotless braids! I will definitely be back here in the future. This is such a lovely salon.

I have mixed feelings about this salon. Been an occasional customer on and off over the past 5 years now. The main reason I give them repeat business is they are located really close to my home. And they do a fairly decent job in a timely manner (for the most part). But when I've had issues, they are terrible with accountability. Either they deflect with excuses/blaming elsewhere or don't acknowledge at all. Attitudes, even. Services are provided a la carte, so it can get pricey. Scheduling online is very easy but there are some serious glitches with the system they use (Fresha).
