First and foremost, communication was great, and this is the key to getting things done right. Second, the job was planned out in advance by a live specialist. The crew who did the work were remarkably professional, personable, and very quiet. The job looks exactly as described in the plan, and all is well. Other than some unavoidable delays due to weather and mechanical failure, neither of which can be predicted, this went without a hitch. A very happy experience!

What do you do when a tree comes down and bamboo is spreading thru your yard? My neighbor and I called on Columbia Tree and Lawn Service. My neighbor had done the research and found that this was the only nearby bamboo removal service that customers said that the bamboo did not return. See the picture of the mess we had. When we received the estimated cost it seemed to be a lot. But they were to dig up every bamboo root and follow and remove every ryzone. It took them 3 weeks to do our and neighbor's yard. We used Chuck about 3 years to do bamboo remediation in our yard. We were skeptical given how aggressive bamboo is and we had tons. Chuck is an a seasoned pro at this, he came out, gave us a plan and went to it. 3 years later and we have not had one piece of bamboo grow back!
