I dropped off my Kendrick Lamar Reebok Ventilators here for more than three weeks at the Arlington location. They told me that the shoes would be done in a week, but I was fine if they took longer because suede is hard to clean. I was a bit upset when I called at the end of the three weeks to find that they were neither cleaned nor finished.At the end of the day, my sneakers are looking like when I first bought them. I am highly satisfied with the finished product beside the fact that they took so long to clean them.
Here's the situation... I looked down at my red Giuseppe designer sneakers and noticed 2 large dark spots and had no idea how they got there.I tried to clean the stains myself but that was a huge mistake because I didn't know what I was doing nor did I know how delicate the leather on my sneakers was when it comes to cleaning them.
