Kevin was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was unable to resolve our issue due to circumstances beyond his immediate control, but, he contacted the office before he left to set up a next day appointment in order to resolve the issue. We were very satisfied with his services.

Kevin from Michael&Sons came out to look at why our AC — turns out we’d have blown a fuse. Kevin was a great communicator and helped me understand what went wrong and why. He also made some recommendations for future enhancements for our thermostat and when to consider replacement of our condenser. It was easy to get an appointment and it was clear when he would be coming back. Great experience.

Denroy was amazing and went above and beyond to replace a faucet in an old house. I would give him 5 stars all day, everyday! He worked a full day on the task only to find out that an essential part was defective. He worked with me to find a temporary fix and order a replacement part and then came back the following workday to redo the job. I am so thankful for his work ethic, craftsmanship, and commitment to the job especially when it was challenging and frustrating work.
