This is the dirtiest and most unkept gym I have ever used. The weights are never racked and if they are, it’s in the incorrect place. The bathroom is never fully sanitized, half the sinks are inoperable, the water in the faucet never works, and there is barely any soap. Do not join this gym, especially this location. Competitors such as One Life offer comparable rates for a much better experience.

They don't have spinning classes anymore, and they've also removed the stationary bikes. The best Zumba instructor, Ivan, is no longer there. I'm definitely leaving.

Relatively nice facility equipment wise but the staff needs to actually spot check to enforce gym policies. Most of the time the staff just sits at their front desks scrolling on their phones. I think the staffs failure to spot check gym policies is a major reason why free weights are never in the right locations, weights do not get put back after use, and people wear shoes in the steam room. I’ve shared this several times and was told “we put out announcements over the speakers”. Acknowledging pretty much everyone is wearing headphones it appears this strategy is not effective. Strongly recommend staff walk around the gym and enforce the gym policies otherwise this gym will continue to be a free for all of people doing whatever they want.

This location has free parking garage but if you do not drive the West Hyattsville metro station is across the street. It has jaccuzy, sauna, swimming pool.

This GYM has everything you need for a solid workout. The gym is stocked with a wide variety of equipment – free weights, machines, and plenty of cardio options – so I never have to wait long to use anything. The pool is a decent size and perfect for laps or just cooling down, and I love that they also have a hot tub for recovery. The sauna and steam room are huge bonuses – super relaxing after a tough session. Overall, a clean, well-maintained facility with all the essentials in one place.

The gym is good can be a bit crowded but my main gripe with the place is the sauna wish they would be a bit more clean and the button to use it tends to fall off and is held with tape
