This Kaiser location is absolutely fantastic. I had come before my first appointment to talk to the front desk staff and they were phenomenal me being a young person and trying to navigate to medical system even the front desk staff, including Agnes and Fah we’re absolutely amazing. I spoke to Agnes the first time I wanted information and she gave me good advice on how to set things up and what I needed to do and then second time I came for my primary doctor visit. I saw Far and Agnes again and they were very welcoming. Give me a new packet and everything and then had a great experience with my doctor as well. I recently had my first visit with my new primary physician, Dr. Matty Mathivannan, and was very impressed by his expertise, knowledge and overall pleasant manner. He was very patient with my questions, and proactive with giving me practical advice for the medical issues I'm dealing with. I would highly recommend to others who may be looking for a primary physician, that they should check out this doctor! :)
You know that time in between visits when you’re waiting for your doctor to finish up with the other Patient! Well, generally, the nurses are on my doctors team are usually so busy. They don’t get a moment to chat. Today was different. She had a minute to chat.
Her name is Joycelyn and after she took my vitals. She sat down with me and asked how do I feel? So I laid it all on her. she listened with peace love and joy to every word I had to say. Her reply was kind and full of warm words.
