The worst experience of my life. I left out of there looking a mess. She lied that she had the color that I wanted. After bleaching my hair she said that she will leave it as that and can be considered a color. I am sitting in the chair puzzled by her response and knew that bleach is not considered color. She made me go to a store and buy the color that she lied about having. When talking to her you would not expect her to lie in your face and sounds like a sweet lady but don’t let that fool you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only to my worst enemy. Her salon name different than on google so I think something happened to her last business and now she has a new business under a new name. RUN and listen to your gut and find another stylist especially if you have a special occasion.

I called to receive a silk press. I can do this service myself and am a licensed cosmetologist but I simply wanted the nice experience of being in a salon. Natalie is unprofessional in that she will barely acknowledge or speak to you. She didn’t consult me, was 20 minutes late and charged me 100. Keep in mind I did not receive any styling nor a trim or treatment.. I’ve never paid 100 for a wash blow dry and straighten. If something was being added, I wouldn’t know because she didn’t tell me. Pros: quick, nice outcome Cons: bad if you are big on experience and customer service.

It was nothing like the color i wanted it to be.. she said because of hormones. I don’t see how because when I was pregnant I got the color I wanted but this color right here is a ??She did the color to her liking not MINEI ADVISE YOU TO NOT GO TO HER BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WT* she is doing she’s d***founded.I feel like she should’ve told me she can’t get the color I wanted instead of having me waste my time and money. Why can't there be a bad review without a snarky reply aiming to justify the customers bad experience? Honestly, Hair by Natalie should just take the critique and do better. The service was just unprofessional and there was no real regard for the health of my hair, the stylist was just aiming to get it as straight as possible. I don't like that. That's my opinion. It my hair. That's it. I don't know what reply to this review would suffice as a professional rebuttal to the customers genuine distaste for their experience at Hair by Natalie, but they can try.
