The company has great ownership, as demonstrated by their responsiveness in addressing a customer's concern and their efficient delivery of a Christmas tree.

After a mishap with one of their employees saying they load topsoil on Sundays was wrong, Paul called first thing next morning to apologize and fixed the situation by delivering beautiful soil that day. Great ownership.
