This is a great tattoo shop. I have been coming here for over 15 years. Please do not listen to this disgruntled ex staff with all these negative postings . This shop is under renovation and will open back in November. Regarding the scams, there is a fake guy going by tattoo by king. He has no affliction with the shop but always directs his victims to the shop. I am personally aware that the owner has reported this guy several times to Princes George's police department, but he has not been arrested yet. I walked into de ultimate tattoos and worked with the artist luckei ( who is the only artist there currently) who was very professional, patient and nice which helped to calm my nerves.. I received a tattoo that’s healed and is still as beautiful as it was when he finished it an I also got 2 nose piercings from him that I was terrified to get but he made me very comfortable. Thank you plenty luckeI for making this experience a breeze for me!Services: Tattoo cover-ups & reworkings

Got scammed by the person in comment/pictures posted Below; they don’t work at this location, but will ask for deposit, send address to this shop & then block you when asked for refund! Goes by many names but works from home & constantly changes profile picture & creates multiple accounts on Social medias ie. Instagram, Cash-app, also now switches/disguises himself in different vehicles & is Stalking in Attempts to intimidate the Actual Artist at this location after being exposed to scamming a number of potential clients goes by the name (Christopher Hinton AKA William Phelps) same person.Services: Abstract tattoos
