Customer service was good, my boots were ready at the time they said they would be and I was very satisfied with the work they did. I had the heel cap replaced. I would definitely recommend this business.

Before I started polishing my own shoes, I took multiple shoes to Sterns to be professionally shined. My last experience, the manager was honest and told me there was no way to add pigment to a pair of France made shoes that I had messed up. I appreciated the honesty and integrity. So if you are ever in a need of polishing, or any other shoe repairs give them a try. Every man's shoes needs a good mirror shine.

They took care with my cloth covered shoes, and the fit is perfect. They were a little tight along the instep and they stretched them just the right amount. Thank you Stern's for the service.
