I was sent to this establishment by Assurant for a repair, and my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM. As soon as I walked in, there was no wait at all—the gentleman immediately took my phone and said it would be about 45 minutes. I only had a tiny scratch, but since I’m planning to upgrade and I know Apple doesn’t play about phone condition, I went ahead with the repair.
I left, grabbed a drink at the bar, and came back at 4:50 PM. Sure enough, the phone was ready right on time. When I thought I had lost my keys, the employee even let me back into the store after closing so I could look for them. Turns out I left them at the bar, but the fact... read full review
The service representative, Theo, provided excellent customer service. We appreciate the customer service he extended in helping resolve our cellphone issues. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for someone who puts the customers needs first.
I dropped my phone at 9am, shattering the screen. I dropped it off at CPR phone repair at 10:30, and by noon the same day my phone was repaired. The technician was reassuring and optimistic my phone could be repaired and he was right!! I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone but CPR cell phone saved the day.☺️
